studied graphic design at Swindon Art College and Cornwall School of
Art leaving with a HND after four years. I
then worked for a variety of design consultants before becoming self employed in
1990. My landscape paintings have
evolved over the years, coinciding with more and more time spent on the moors
and hills.}

^{I
live and work in Sheffield, close to the moors of the Peak District.
My paintings seldom reflect the gentle undulations of a traditional
watercolour, but are inspired by the diverse changes in the weather, and its
effect on the landscape. Picture
postcard scenes become atmospheric compositions with a startling use of colour}

^{My
work is usually produced on silk, but i have been known to dabble occasionally
with acrylics...}
